We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our AI-powered agent platform for intelligent automation.
You will work directly with developers, stakeholders, and the leadership team to ensure that our AI agents are built and deployed on time and within budget.

About the Role
Position Overview
The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of intelligent automation agents for non-profit organizations, ensuring that each phase of the project is well-coordinated, tracked, and optimized for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development and deployment of five MVP workflows (Finance, Fundraising, HR, Accounting, Accounts Payable).
Coordinate between front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers.
Develop and maintain project timelines, sprints, and deliverable schedules.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Facilitate weekly syncs (8-10PM CST) and provide clear progress updates.
Monitor performance and ensure that all solutions align with client requirements.
Ideal Candidates
3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS or AI/ML environments.
Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services (Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, CosmosDB, Blob Storage).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with intelligent automation or multi-agent systems is a plus.
