About the Role
Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads among non-profit organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos that highlight our intelligent automation solutions.
Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on analytics.
Respond to comments, messages, and engagement to foster a positive online community.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align social media with business goals.
Ideal Candidates
2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within SaaS or tech.
Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platforms).
Strong writing and design skills, with experience creating both text and visual content.
Familiarity with AI and automation topics is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
