About the Role
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks for the leadership team, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate team communications and meetings.
Perform administrative tasks to support leadership.
Ideal Candidates
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in SaaS or tech.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
