About the Role
Position Overview
As a member of the Altruva.ai Advisory Board, you will provide strategic guidance, industry insights, and thought leadership to support the development and scaling of our AI solutions for non-profits.
This is an advisory role with no fiduciary responsibility or governance authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advice on product development, market positioning, and growth strategies.
Offer insights on non-profit sector challenges and how Altruva.ai can effectively serve non-profit organizations.
Open doors to potential client relationships and partnerships within the non-profit community.
Attend four (4) quarterly virtual advisory board meetings per year.
Allow your name, title, and headshot to be featured on the Altruva.ai website as a member of the Advisory Board.
Include the position Member, Board of Advisors, Altruva.ai on your list of current jobs on your LinkedIn profile.
Ideal Candidates
Current or former CEOs, CFOs, CDOs, CPOs, or other senior leaders in non-profitorganizations.
Experience in non-profit finance, HR, or fundraising is highly desirable.
Familiarity with emerging technology, automation, or AI solutions is a plus.
Strong network within the non-profit sector is highly valued.
Compensation
Annual honorarium of $1,000 paid after completing each year of service.
